I’ve just got hold of the new HTC Tattoo smart phone as a free upgrade for the wife and was merrily boasting how I would “show her just how easy it is to use”.  

That was before I switched it on!  After years of using Nokias before buying my iPhone, the interface is totally alien (Android nicely sums it up!) and even things like text messages are proving embarrassingly difficult.  

It fair to say that I am a relative notice at WordPress and Twitter so putting the two together was always going to be as effective as a one armed juggler.

The inevitable consequence is that my blog post seem to get added to Twitter without a URL. Hardly surprising that not many people come and visit and comment then is it!

I’ve done a bit of searching and update the Bit.ly settings, so will see what happens after I publish this. Wish me luck.

Update – That didn’t work, so take that, have removed the Bit.l additional plugin altogether!
