iPad Contract Prices Announced By O2 and Vodafone
Category: Free iPad, Free iPad 2, Free Stuff, iPad Apps, iPad News, My Ramblings, TechnologyVodafone and O2 have become the next mobile network operator to disclose their 3G data plans for the iPhone and the least we can say is that they are rather tame compared to AT&T in the US.
For a start, there’s no unlimited packages; O2 offers a PAYG mobile broadband package for the iPad with three packages; £2 per day gets you 500MB worth of downloads, £10 per month, 1GB and £15 per month, 3GB.
All packages come with free WiFi from The Cloud and BT Openzone. O2 allows you to top up with 1GB or 3GB packages.
Vodafone, which has yet to publish the tariffs on its website, disappoints with a 250MB per month package available for a whopping £10 per month. Its 5GB per month package costs £25 which is the same as for Orange but without the WiFi and with half the allocated data.
As we said at the start of the post, if you can’t afford an iPad, then why not go to Gadgets4nowt and get a free iPad.

I must say i’m surprised at how steep they are, I’m gonna wait until the iPhone 4G. I see this gizmo bombing.
Bit pricey these! We get a better deal in Oz, the iPad is cheaper for starters and the data plans are much fairer.

I really don’t understand..What’s so cool about Ipad? Why it is better that a notebook?. The notebooks are more ,more cheapper and they have a lot of extra features. On the Ipad is just nice. People don’t buy them just because they are a trend, ask yourself if is realy useful and is the right price. But today is all about comercials.
It’s definitely useful but not at that price, hence why getting it free is the only viable option!
The best bit of all…even the iPad is free if you know how!
