How much will the iPhone 4 cost?

Apple unveil iPhone 4 sim free prices

When we looked at the Apple site the prices were not available and the store was down.

However, TechRadar say customers can reserve unlocked phones to pick up in store, with the 16GB iPhone 4 costing £499 and the 32GB iPhone 4 costing £599 – both without contract.

The latest release of the iconic mobile phone is due to be released on June 24 and to go on pre-order today.

O2 is leading the pack by revealing its iPhone 4 tariffs – the cheapest Pay Monthly deal is £25 a month with 100 free minutes, unlimited texts, 500MB of data and unlimited Wi-Fi.

A test page accidentally published by Vodafone listed iPhone 4 tariffs and prices. The cheapest tariff for the 32GB iPhone 4 was £25 a month for two years with the phone costing £280. It was free on a £60-a-month two year deal. The 16GB iPhone 4 was £189 as part of a £25-a-month two year deal or free with a £45 0r £60-a-month two year deal.

Vodafone would not confirm if the prices would be the same when its iPhone 4 tariff and phone pages went live.

The only UK network not to range the iPhone 4 is Virgin.
